These terms apply to every Companies House identity verification order placed on this website. They form the engagement letter between you and Ulusoy Tax. You accept them when you tick the acceptance box and pay for your package. A copy is available to download or print from this page at any time.
Terms
- Scope. I will verify your identity to the Companies House identity verification standard and, if successful, confirm the verification to Companies House as your ACSP. Any other work, including filings, accounts and tax, is excluded.
- Your responsibilities. You will provide genuine, current documents and accurate information, attend a short video call, and tell me promptly of any change.
- Fees. The package fee is payable in advance. Fees are Silver – Standard £35 (5–7 working days) and Gold – Priority £70 (24–48 hours), timed from receipt of complete documents. If I cannot complete your verification, including because the required documents cannot be provided, your fee is refunded in full.
- Right to decline. I may decline or stop the work if the documents are insufficient or if I am unable to complete my anti-money laundering checks.
- Anti-money laundering. I am supervised by AAT under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. I will carry out customer due diligence and keep copies of your documents and records for at least 7 years. I may be required to report suspicions to the authorities without telling you.
- Data protection. I am registered with the ICO (ZC151477). I will use your personal data only for this engagement and my legal obligations, and share it with Companies House as needed. Full details are in my Privacy Notice.
- Cancellation. You may cancel within 14 days of your order. By ticking the box at checkout, you ask me to start immediately and accept that you lose this right once the verification is complete. If you cancel earlier, I may charge for work already done.
- Professional matters. I am bound by the AAT Code of Professional Ethics. I hold professional indemnity insurance with Hiscox; details of the insurer and territorial coverage are available on request. Complaints should be sent to me in writing first; if unresolved, you may contact AAT.
- Liability and law. My liability is limited to the fee paid, except where the law does not permit limitation. This engagement ends when the verification is confirmed or declined. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
