Ulusoy Tax was founded on a strong professional tradition that spans generations. The founder, Kürşat Ulusoy, grew up in a family deeply connected to the accounting profession. His father, İbrahim Ulusoy, was one of the founding members of the Chamber of Certified Public Accountants in Turkey and served as its chairman for many years. Until the last days of his life, he continued to contribute actively to the profession and to the development of the accounting community.
Growing up alongside such a respected professional shaped Kürşat Ulusoy’s perspective on ethics, responsibility, and professional excellence from an early age. Inspired by this legacy, he established his own accounting practice in 2007, providing accounting and tax advisory services to businesses and entrepreneurs.
